Continued construction will close Highway 85 starting tomorrow night, March 16. Night crews are scheduled to work during the hours of 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. March 16-18.

The detour will give workers the chance to put girders in place and pour concrete for the future interchange that will become the North Meadows Extension. The welcome construction is forecast to greatly improve connections at the intersections of Founders/Meadows Parkway and I-25 and Meadows Parkway and Highway 85.

Those traveling during the specified night hours should look for detours at 1-25 and Happy Canyon or Meadows Parkway. Crews will be continue working periodically on the project and additional overnight closures will occur over the next six months until the interchange is completed in 2016.
