Copper Creek Chophouse, according to the Colorado Secretary of State is Owned by Paul Stickler from Jordan Creek, Inc, and  is from Centennial, CO according to his Facebook page.

According to Copper Creek Chophouse Facebook page, the opening was delayed due to permitting issues however, we later learned the delays were due to construction.

The Copper Creek Chophouse will serve hand selected cuts of meat & fresh seafood.
