Altitude Business Development Partners DBA CRCO (“CRCO”), with a website of castlerockco.com (the “Site”), respects the intellectual property rights of its Users and third parties. CRCO complies with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), also known as the DMCA. Please be aware that the DMCA may make the copyright owner liable for damages if he/she materially misrepresents a fact that a user’s content is infringing his/her copyright (for example, if the use really falls under the Fair Use Doctrine).

3. A statement by you declaring under penalty of perjury that (1) the above information in your email is accurate, and (2) that you are the owner of the copyright interest involved or that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner and the copyright owner’s information;

4. Your address, including state and country, telephone number, and email address; and

5. Your physical or electronic signature.
