Last night, a Castle Rock resident reported that around 9:43pm an unidentified women stole $300 worth of Christmas lights from her front yard.
The homeowner is asking for your help in identifying the woman. According to the message, she was seen driving an early 2000s Forest Green Lincoln Navigator.
