Castle Rock Police Chosen to Compete in New CBS Lip Sync Show

You couldn’t have missed it. Last summer, police and sheriffs’ departments around the United States launched a fun series of coordinated videos of themselves lip-syncing to various artists like Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus and more. Videos included everything from riding in police cars, boats to jam sessions in police garages.

Because of the viral interest, CBS announced an upcoming special called “Lip Sync to the Rescue” where viewers vote on the best videos.

The Castle Rock Police Department is among the 30 agencies chosen to compete. People can vote for their favorites, and the top 10 will be apart of the show. The broadcast date has not been released.
