I don’t always have a breakfast burrito, but when I do, I go to C&C – Coffee & Kitchen and order the smothered burrito. The breakfast menu is filled with great selections, the ingredients are wholesomely delicious, and the price is always right! Besides the delicious food and the perfectly brewed coffee and teas, C&C – Coffee & Kitchen is the perfect place for a meet and greet. Every table offers a large area of seating, from four to six. There is a window counter for those who prefer individual sitting. WiFi is available for guests.

C&C Coffee and Kitchen was established in 2013 by owners Jesse and April Arellano. With the name Cookies and Crema its original concept was a cookie and coffee shop.
Here is a brief overview from April Arellano – Owner of C&C – Coffee & Kitchen: “We learned quickly that with the location and growth in Castle Rock, that we needed a draw. Chef Jesse has been cooking all of his life, and truly has a passion for it. His father was a breakfast chef at the Broadmoor and his mother (a South Korean Immigrant) has a professional cooking and catering background. We added a full breakfast menu, but kept the coffee shop feel. We are a fast casual breakfast restaurant with a full coffee bar. We are casual enough for friends to meet over coffee, and our menu is vast enough to bring the whole family. We keep labor cost down by running the fast casual style. This has allowed us to easily manage in an area that is down on available employees. This concept also allows us to remain competitive in pricing while allowing us to use higher quality ingredients verses our competitors.”

According to April, the best selling breakfast would be a tie between the smothered breakfast burrito, or the California bowl. Both are neck and neck. Lunch item would be the Bulgogi Bibimbap. There are many other options, as well as a “build your own” Korean bowl. You must try the Mango Smoothie!
I was first introduced to C&C – Coffee & Kitchen sometime during the year of 2015. The restaurant was then known simply as Cookies and Crema. It has become my regular meeting and eating place ever since. I love the hours, the coffee and food, as well as the staff and service. Everyone becomes a friend at C&C – Coffee & Kitchen!
I usually go at least once a week, sometimes more. I love the chai latte, which I will order often. The coffee selections of light, medium, and dark roasts, ground and brewed fresh, are out front for self-serve. The brew is perfect! Great coffee, great pastries, great food, vegan options, and awesome service and atmosphere are everything any customer would want. The Korean menu is a must to try. My favorite is the “Bulgogi Bibimbap”, spicy. You can also build your own from the selection menu at the counter, but if you are unsure, just order the Bulgogi. You won’t be disappointed!
In my restaurant experiences, I can’t say enough about the service and congeniality of the staff at C&C – Coffee & Kitchen. You will be greeted, always, with a pleasant smile, attitude, and service. It is apparent they love their job and are highly respected by the owners, April and Jesse. Lead Manager Gabby, demonstrates her love for culinary, being a student of culinary arts. Front Expert and Barista Ashley, serves with dedication and loyalty. 
Kitchen Manager and Front Expert Gage, prepares the best plates and your order arrives at your table quickly! Owners, April and Jesse are 100% staff and customer oriented. They both go above and beyond to provide a delightful dining experience!
