Early this morning a Colorado Early College bus with 6 passengers collided with a passenger car. None of the 6 bus passengers were injured. The driver of a small SUV had to be extricated from the wreckage and was transported to an area hospital with serious injuries, and later passed away.
The victim, who was a Castle Rock resident, was not identified.
No other information is known at this point. We’ll update this post as we learn more.
