The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office has offered a stern warning to the dangers of distracted driving.
The attached image is from a crash caused by distracted driving on Wolfensberger Road, Thursday afternoon.
According to Deputy Chad Teller, both drivers suffered serious injuries.
“There were no fatalities in the crash, but both drivers were airlifted to area hospitals. Both drivers sustained serious injuries and one driver remains in ICU. Charges are still pending,” stated Teller.
