Soon, 23 new breweries could be calling Castle Rock home.

You might have noticed a bit more construction traffic than normal. That’s because the new ‘Brewery Walk,’ is officially under construction at the SW corner of Plum Creek Parkway & I-25.

The new Brewery Walk will be called home to at least 23 new breweries making Castle Rock the ‘brew hub of the west.’

“It’s no secret that people in Castle Rock enjoy breweries. That’s why we’ve decided to design and build the brewery among breweries and the most epic experience anyone in the world has yet to experience,” said Michael Moorh, Project Director of the Brewery Walk Project.

According to BreweryWalk.com – the project will cost $100M. The project appears to be funded by an unknown local billionaire.

In addition to hosting several dozen new breweries, the campus will feature seven high-end restaurants, 400,000 sq/ft of exotic retail space, seven, ‘Vegas style’ 350 room hotel buildings, a 150,000 sq/ft conference center, spa, a 5-acre adult only swim lagoon with swim-up bar, a rental center where patrons can rent and race jet skis in the 33 acre endurance lake, private security, a helicopter pad- for tours of Castle Rock, and more.

Brewery Walk officials said they have leased about 80% of the space and estimate it will be sold out by mid June 2019.

Brothers Jason and Bryce Nantucket draft up plans for their grand opening at the Brewery Walk in Castle Rock.

Jason Nantucket of Baltimore Massachusetts is the visionary behind the project.

“Back in Massachusetts, I own the best brewery around. We have a few others that are decent but when I caught wind of the local brewery scene in Castle Rock, I about flipped my lid. I thought – man, they’re making great beer in Colorado. Specifically, Castle Rock. It probably has something to do with the altitude and positive vibes for craft beer floating around Castle Rock. So, I put pen to paper, and started designing the Brewery Walk. Later, I grabbed a few investors, and now – things are coming to fruition and we’re bringing the largest resort themed mega brewery to Castle Rock, Colorado,” said Nantucket in an exclusive interview with CRCO.

Moorh coins the project as a massive adult craft beer resort destination.

“You’ll never have to leave, ever,” Moorh concluded.
