Residents may have seen the large plume of smoke in Town this morning. Firefighters are battling a structure fire located on Prairie Hawk Drive in Castle Rock.
Flames and smoke could be seen from miles away as the firefighters worked to get the fire under control.
According to firefighters, the structure appeared to be unoccupied.
The Town of Castle Rock FB Page states that South Metro Fire Rescue Authority, Franktown Fire Protection District and Larkspur Fire Protection District are assisting on scene and you should avoid the area at this time.
