One of the top ranked pizza kitchens in Castle Rock have been forced to close their doors. Boulevard Pizza Kitchen recently announced the closure after failed attempts to renegotiate their lease.
Castle Rock commercial lease rates have skyrocketed over the past few years resulting in some small businesses having to relocate, or close their doors.
