Three German Shepherds were stolen Friday between 10 PM Friday and 5:30 AM Saturday from Gunbil German Shepherds in Larkspur.

Since then, two of the German Shepherds have been found and the most recent was severely dehydrated.

The kennel’s owner told 9NEWS that two of the dogs taken were “basic trained,” meaning they are house pets or for show. The owner said the other dog was “specialty trained” with some military and search-and-rescue training. It is not known whether or not the one of the German Shepherds found was one with specialty training.

If you know anything about the last German Shepherd or anything about the abductor, please call the Douglas County Sheriffs Office tip line at (303) 660 – 7579.
