Castle Rock Christian Academy, while still in association with The Rock Church, is branching out and expanding to reach even more students in Castle Rock and surrounding areas. Castle Rock Christian Academy Director Torrence Jackson is passionate about speaking into the lives of middle school kids. Some of the most significant life events for kids when they become adults, happen when they’re in the 6th, 7th and 8th grade,” Jackson explains. “Our goal is to speak into their lives and raise up student leaders that bring transformation to society.”

Castle Rock Christian Academy intends to establish a middle school by taking 6th grade out of elementary and combining it with the new 7th grade. Following the addition of 7th grade for the 2016-2017 school year, 8th graders will not be left behind. Jackson illustrated his plan to add an 8th grade class for the 2017-2018 school year. This would be the full completion of the middle school.

The expansion and transformation of Castle Rock Christian Academy will not bring any changes to the Rock Church building itself. For the time being, there is plenty of room to grow students where they are planted, and continue to expand with the growth of the town. Jackson’s ambition to reach students, and his vision for the Academy’s growth is a testimony to the quality of leadership that is instilled in each of the academy’s students.

Starting tuition for the private school’s 6th & 7th grade program is $5800 for the 2016-2017 school year. Tuition for all other levels, preschool through fifth grade range in price.  Open-enrollment is available online, and early registration ends March 1, 2016.RCA-3180 (1)

As Castle Rock continues to grow at a rapid pace, Jackson’s vision for the middle school is to raise up leaders in Christ. It is influenced heavily by hands-on service and learning through community outreach. Jackson emphasized, “Castle Rock Christian Academy is providing opportunities for their students to experience relevant, real-life education that can be applied throughout each child’s life.”
