If you haven’t heard this bit yet then listen! You may, or may not be surprised by this Comcast’s representatives refusal to cancel a customer’s service. I know if feels like I’ve had a similar experience with Comcast, have you?

Comcast is the #1 because they basically have a monopoly like ATT used to have with phones. Thats why they get away with such bad service. Ive had comcast for 11 years and enjoy their consistant service (not many down times) but their customer service sucks sucks sucks. I cant even start with the stories of stuff we’ve had to deal with their CS staff. I work from home and I must have fast and consistent internet and unfortunately Comcast is the only company that provides it in my area. I feel like im held hostage without other options.
