On 12/12/2014 around 4pm the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of Maximus Drive and Zeus Place, in Acres Green (Highlands Ranch) regarding a reported attempted abduction of a child.
A child reported that they were walking in the area and had been contacted by four adult Hispanic males in a dark colored sedan, possibly silver. Additionally, the child reported that they were grabbed but was able to get away without further harm or injury.
Out of an abundance of caution this information is being released as the investigation continues.
