* Update: Copper Cree Chop House to Open Friday Jan 9, 2015 *
The Copper Creek Chophouse announced that their original plan to open before Christmas, has now been moved until after the New Year, We were first advised that the opening was delayed due to permitting delays but an edited Facebook post later indicated it was construction related.
The Copper Creek Chophouse which will feature hand selected cuts of meat & fresh seafood will rest in the Acme Water Tower Center located in downtown Castle Rock at 514 Perry Street.
The Copper Creek Chophouse is Owned by Chef/Owner Paul Stickler.

Thank you Sean. We cannot wait to start serving Castle Rock. Just to be clear, it has been more construction delays that have kept us from opening. The town of Castle Rock has been very accomodating to us, they have even rushed through a couple permits for us. It’s always nice to have a city that is willing to assist small businesses get up and running.
Once open what will your hours be and are you still hiring cooks for full time?
