It’s official, CRCO will offer a live stream to this years 2014 Castle Rock Starlighting which will be available though the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce Website.
“This is my first Starlighting ceramony, and from what I hear it’s quite magical,” commented Sean Hakes, CEO of CRCO… “The Castle Rock Starlighting event is a tradition that dates back to 1936. There’s a lot of people who can’t attend because they’ll be out of state, are elder, disabled or have something else that prohibits them from attending. This way we, in partnership with the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce, can bring Starlighting into homes for anyone to enjoy.”
Another great feature that comes with this service is the ability to get a great view so if you’re stuck in a spot in downtown and are having troubles viewing the lighting of the star, you can point your browser to VisitCastleRock.org/Starlighting/ and the stream as if you were standing in front of the star!
