Many Plum Creek residents are celebrating the most recent resolution approving the purchase agreement of property from Plum Creek Golf Club which consists of the old Plum Creek Golf Club Pool and Tennis Courts.
The resolution allows the Town to purchase two parcels of land on the north side of Emerald Drive for about $525,000.
According to the Town press release, the removal of the existing pool, pump house, and tennis courts will occur later, and future improvements to the site would happen as budgeted funds become available in the coming years.
