On 04/09/15 at approximately 10:45AM, Olejniczak was taken into custody by the Parker Police Department. Olejniczak will be returned to the Douglas County Detention Facility for processing.

Residents of Castle Rock should be on alert. Inmate Richard Jacob Olejniczak did not return from unsupervised work release yesterday. He was scheduled to return to the Douglas County Sherriff’s Office on 4.9.15 at 12:30 AM.
When he did not show up for check in, a metro wide BOLO was sent. Olejniczak is not considered a threat to the public and was last seen in the Meadows Subdivision in Castle Rock.
