Certified Arborist, Brian Roundy, has been quite busy raking and tilling many of the streetscapes around Town. Among other things, he is responsible for getting the more notable flowering areas ready to bloom in the coming months.
Residents can regularly admire his work at places like: the roundabouts on Ridge Road, Rylite and Paintbrush Parks, as well as the visually pleasing elements on Gilbert Street and by the Police Department downtown. These are areas in Castle Rock that are home to many of the signature planted wildflowers.
The next step is laying new seed, after that, all he needs is a little help from Mother Nature. Roundy smiles, “We’re hoping for moisture in the coming weeks to get things to start growing.”
